REVOLUTIONARY WAR SERVICE
Military. Private, enlisted Northampton Co., Pennsylvania in the fall of 1775, served 7 mo under CAPTs Leekefret and Greenwood in Pennsylvania Minutemen, commanded by COL Kiger; saw service in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Indian campaigns.


BIOGRAPHY
Leonard Cupp, Sr. was born 17 JAN 1755 in Northampton Co., Pennsylvania and died 17 AUG 1834 in Preston Co. Virginia (now West Virginia). He married Susanna [--?--], who died 3 APR 1841 in Preston Co. Virginia (now West Virginia).

Leonard and Susanna had the following children:

i. Leonard, born 8 APR 1776, died 1871
