John Massie, the son of Charles Massie, Sr. and Mary Davis, was born 3 APR 1756 in Albemarle County, Virginia. He died in Lowesville, Virginia on 20 OCT 1800. He married Susanna Wright of Lowesville, Virginia on 1 JAN 1779. She was born 4 NOV 1761 and died 1 DEC 1847
