BIOGRAPHY
Henry Delawter (also known as Delater, Deleiter or Delauder), the son of Jacob Delater and Elizabeth Grossnickle, was baptized 16 MAY 1758 in the German Reformed Church, Frederick County, Maryland. He died about 1788 in Frederick County, Maryland.

Henry had the following children:

1. Jacob Delater, born about 1773 in Frederick County, Maryland, died about 1808 in Frederick County, Maryland; married 21 FEB 1790 Frederick County, Maryland Catherine Mahn (Main), who later married Jacob Wolf; she was born 29 JUN 1772 in Frederick County, Maryland, died 12 JUL 1855 in Frederick County, Maryland
