Boaz Walton, son of Joseph Walton and Sarah Roberts, was born 1737 Byberry Township, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania and died 2 AUG 1823 Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. He married 16 JUN 1773 at Swede's Church, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Mary Ashton, who was born 31 AUG 1752 in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania and died 1 JAN 1833 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.

Boaz and Mary had the following children:

1. Samuel Walton, born in Byberry Township, Phildaelphia County, Pennsylvania, died 10 DEC 1857 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania; married Anna [--?--], who died before 1836 in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
