BIOGRAPHY
Abraham Van Doren, son of Christian Van Doren and Altje Schenck, was born 30 DEC 1738 in Middlebush, Somerset County, New Jersey and died 29 DEC 1805 in Griggstown, Somerset County, New Jersey. He married 13 MAY 1768 in Amwell, Hunterdon County, New Jersey to Anne Van Dyke. She was born 28 NOV 1749 in Amwell, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, died 29 FEB 1820 Gin riggstown, Somerset County, New Jersey.

Abraham and Anne had the following children:

1. Rev. Issac Van Doren, who was born 1772 in Hopewell, New York and died 12 AUG 1864 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey; married 10 Feb 1800 Schenectady, New York to Abigail Foster Halsey, born 4/5 NOV 1780 in Morristown, New Jersey, died 23 FEB 1872 in Lexington, Kentucky
